Dry finishing always depends on the right machine and the right processing agent. As the name suggests, this process is carried out dry. This can lead to problems with dry grinding granules if a strong suction is not used. Dry machining is therefore mainly used for polishing. Here, the polishing bodies are coated with a polishing paste or powder. Due to the surface grinding movement, the polishing bodies rub against the workpiece and thus remove material. The result is a highly polished surface.
