Triboliner

The Triboliner is Hauzer’s horizontal inline system. Cathodes are mounted above the transport line, and products move by underneath them, with or without rotation.
Triboliner systems are often used for low-friction, wear resistant coatings, commonly deposited by sputtering technologies: magnetron sputtering, dual magnetron sputtering and HiPIMS. Triboliner productivity can be tuned to the required levels by configuring the system with the right type and number of deposition sources.
